    After you submit your request, we’ll contact you to advise if the unlock is possible.


    Only then will we request payment.


    Payment will be required before the unlock process is started.


    With some networks, we will require the details of the original owner in order to process the unlock request.


    Unlocks take an average of 48 hours to complete.


    This is limited by the network providers and we are unable to speed up this process.

Postal Service

- AsTech Repairs reserve the right to ask for a postal service if you are too far to visit. 
- Suitable shipping cover is strongly recommended in the event of loss or damage in transit. 
- AsTech Repairs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit. 

AsTech Repairs operates as a Sole Trader based in Southampton, Hampshire.
AsTech Repairs will only store your data when a booking has been made.

We only collect data relevant to the appointment:
 - Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Information you have given us about your device (model numbers)

You have the right to ask for the above information to be removed from our systems. 

Please contact us if you wish to be forgotten. 

We will never ask for passwords / pin codes via electronic communication and will always ask you to enter this information if required when we visit.
