  • Warranty Coverage: All repairs include a 12 Month warranty (depending on service) covering the original fault and replaced parts, unless otherwise stated.

  • Repeat Issues: If the same issue recurs during the warranty period, we will inspect and repair it again free of charge.

Note: Warranty is void if the device has since suffered physical, liquid, or accidental damage, or if it has been tampered with by another party.

2. Returns for Parts & Accessories

If you have purchased parts, accessories, or products (e.g., chargers, cases, cables) from us:

  • Unopened/Unused Products: You may return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

  • Used/Damaged Products: Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
